ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the website, services, marketplace platform, or membership programs offered by Building Luxurious Travel Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

SERVICES

Building Luxurious Travel Inc. operates a technology-based marketplace that connects travelers with independent travel designers and provides transaction management tools, membership programs, and related consulting and advisory services. We are not a direct provider of airline transportation, lodging accommodations, tours, cruises, or other travel products.

PRICING

Pricing is determined based on the selected membership track and any applicable platform fees. The Aspirational Track is free to join, with platform transaction fees generally ranging from five percent (5%) to eight percent (8%) of applicable travel bookings. The Elite Status Track currently carries an annual membership fee of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500). Pricing may be updated from time to time.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payments may be collected through online payment processing systems. Membership fees are due at the time of enrollment. Platform fees are collected as disclosed during the booking process. Certain transactions may utilize milestone-based payment structures depending upon the services selected.

LATE PAYMENTS

Any unpaid balances may be subject to service suspension until payment is received. The Company reserves the right to pursue collection efforts for overdue amounts and may charge reasonable administrative costs associated with collection activities where permitted by law.

REFUND POLICY

Refund eligibility depends on the status of the transaction and whether funds have been released to travel suppliers. Membership fees and platform fees may be refundable only as specifically described in the applicable membership terms and cancellation provisions. Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with the policies disclosed at the time of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

Travelers may request cancellation through their account or by contacting the Company. Refund eligibility and cancellation outcomes depend upon transaction status, supplier policies, and whether funds have been disbursed. Third-party supplier cancellation terms may apply independently of Company policies.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Company is not responsible for the actions, omissions, products, services, performance, or conduct of independent travel designers, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, or any other third-party supplier.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from or relating to the use of its website, services, marketplace platform, or memberships shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to the Company during the twelve-month period preceding the claim.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and proprietary materials are owned by Building Luxurious Travel Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict of law principles.
